Culinary Class with Fustini's

Join Chef Charlene Hunt of Fustini's on Thursday, March 13 from 6 - 8p.m. in the CTAC Kitchen!

Join us for a delicious evening with Chef Charlene Hunt. Chef Charlene Hunt will demonstrate and prepare a meal using the unique flavors of Fustini's oils and vinegars. She will prepare baked feta, butternut squash flatbread, rosemary dijon white bean dip and carmelized onion and goat cheese bites for you to enjoy. Learn the tricks of the trade and ask questions as the chef demonstrates how to prepare a meal . Recipes are provided for you to take with you to recreate the amazing meal in your own home. Red and white wines provided!
