Culinary Class with Spring & Porter

Join Chef Tommy Kaszubowski of Spring & Porter on Thursday, November 20 from 6–8 p.m. in the CTAC Kitchen for an evening of great food and inspiration. Chef Tommy will walk you through the preparation of a variety of delicious dishes, sharing his favorite tips, tricks, and techniques along the way. Guests are welcome to ask questions as he cooks, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

You’ll head home with recipe cards so you can recreate the dishes in your own kitchen—and, of course, enjoy them during class along with complimentary red and white wines.
