Culinary Class with J.Bird Provisions

Join Chef Jess Nagel of J.Bird Provisions on Tuesday, December 16 from 6–8 p.m. in the CTAC Kitchen for a evening of great food and inspriations. Chef Jess will walk you through the preparation of a variety of holiday appetizers with a modern twist while sharing her favorite tips, tricks, and techniques along the way. Guests are welcome to ask questions as she cooks, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

You’ll head home with recipe cards so you can recreate the dishes in your own kitchen—and, of course, enjoy them during class along with complimentary red and white wines.
