Join us for a delicious evening with Chef Sarah McDonnell of Parkside Deli and Chef Sarah's Catering. Chef Sarah will demonstrate and prepare both a Sweet and Savory Galette for guests to enjoy (a galette is simply a flat, round cake made of pastry dough filled with wither a sweet or savory filling). Learn the tricks of the trade and ask questions as the chef demonstrates how to prepare the meal. Recipes are provided for you to take with you to recreate a fantastic meal in your own home. Red and white wines provided!
