Join Sharon Schappacher on Tuesday, February 7, 6 - 8 PM in the CTAC Kitchen for a Korean Cuisine Culinary Class!
Join us for a delicious evening with Sharon Schappacher. Sharon will demonstrate and prepare Korean Cuisine; Koren (Beef Bulgogi) Japchae (noodle dish), Oi-Muchim (spicy cucumber salad), and Kongnamul-Muchim (cooked and seasoned soybean sprouts). Learn the tricks of the trade and ask questions as the chef demonstrates how to prepare the meal. Recipes are provided for you to take with you to recreate a fantastic meal in your own home. Red and white wines provided!
