Chef Sarah McDonnell will guide you through the fundamentals of preparing a variety of classic tapas, from patatas bravas, gambas al ajillo, pan con tomate to albondigas (meatballs) and clams with chorizo in white wine sauce. Discover invaluable tips and shortcuts to recreate these delicious dishes with ease, making entertaining a breeze. Learn how to prep ingredients in advance and select quality store-bought items to save time with compromising flavor. Recipes are provided for you to take with you to recreate the meal in your own home. Red and white wines provided!
