Description
Join Chef Kristin Hasse of Birdie's Tavern on Tuesday, October 21 from 6–8 p.m. in the CTAC Kitchen for an evening of great food and inspiration. Chef Kristin will walk you through the preparation of a variety of harvest comfort foods while sharing her favorite tips, tricks, and techniques along the way. Guests are welcome to ask questions as she cooks, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
You’ll head home with recipe cards so you can recreate the dishes in your own kitchen—and, of course, enjoy them during class along with complimentary red and white wines.
