Join Chef Kulin Froelich and Ashley Froelich of NOMI Kitchen and Mark Banks of Toski Sands on Tuesday, November 25 from 6–8 p.m. in the CTAC Kitchen for a special evening featuring small bites and three ways to make a negroni - bourbon, bubbles and gin! In this class, we’ll explore how to build a menu of elegant, bite-sized dishes that pair perfectly with the classic Italian cocktail. Chef Kulin will guide you step-by-step through the preparation of each dish while Mark and Ashley will teach the fundamentals of balancing flavors and presentation for easy entertaining. Guests are encouraged to ask questions throughout the class, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
Enjoy the featured dishes during class, paired with complimentary red and white wines, and take home recipe cards so you can recreate the experience in your own kitchen.
